HR Outfitter provides companies and organizations the opportunity to be a HRO Premier Member. As a HRO Premier Member your company would receive a dedicated Human Resources professional that would be working on your recruiting, consulting projects, and be available regularly to provide quality advice to any quick HR related questions you have.
The benefits to having a HRO Premier annual membership is that it gives you a dedicated HR professional to have on standby to give you Human Resources advice, and it provides you with discounted rates on recruiting and consulting services.
When a dedicated HR professional gets to know your organization very, they can provide you with a better quality customized service.
The HRO Premier Membership is not intended to replace an hourly consulting fee for lengthy in-depth consultation, but instead provides you with access to a HR Professional to ask a quick (less than 20 minutes) question or discussion as needed.
HRO Premier Pricing
Our pricing model for the HRO Premier annual membership is a flat $100 per month for twelve months. There is still additional costs for recruiting and consulting services, however they are discounted for HRO Premier members.
* If your calls and services start to run longer than 2 hours per month, then you may be charged an additional hourly rate.
